Zenith Star Media wants its publisher website and educational content to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible. Accessibility is an ongoing part of design, writing, publishing, and maintenance rather than a one-time claim.
Our Approach
We aim to follow recognised accessibility principles and work toward a level of usability consistent with widely adopted web accessibility guidance. Priorities include clear headings, readable text, logical page structure, descriptive links, keyboard-friendly navigation, sufficient visual contrast, and alternatives for meaningful non-text content where practical.
Our editorial preference for plain language, short sections, descriptive headings, and consistent layouts also supports readers with cognitive, visual, or attention-related access needs.
Areas We Review
Accessibility reviews may consider:
- navigation by keyboard and assistive technology;
- heading order and semantic page structure;
- link purpose and form labels;
- text resizing and mobile display;
- colour contrast and focus visibility;
- alternative text for informative images; and
- the accessibility of downloadable or embedded material.
Known Limitations
Some limitations may arise from third-party WordPress themes, plugins, forms, embedded media, external documents, or services that Zenith Star Media does not fully control. Older content or imported material may also require further improvement.
We do not claim that every page will work perfectly with every browser, device, or assistive technology. When a practical problem is identified, we aim to assess its impact and improve the experience where reasonably possible.

Use the Contact page to report a barrier. Please include the page address, a description of the problem, the device and browser used, and any assistive technology involved. This information helps us reproduce and investigate the issue.
If you need information in a different reasonable format, explain what you need and how you would prefer to receive it. We will consider the request and respond according to the nature of the material and available resources.
Accessibility feedback is treated as practical editorial and technical information. Reports can help identify recurring barriers that automated checks may not detect.
